Initially, there were clear opportunities for improvement in both the design and development processes, as well as in the overall usability and user experience of the product.
Collaborating closely with product management, we established and implemented a disciplined end-to-end agile process that enabled us to define clear requirements and deliver products with increased speed and efficiency.
We accelerated the creation of an integrated component library in Storybook to streamline the product development process, improving both efficiency and consistency.
At Bidscale, there were no defined design guidelines for branding or product development. We recognized the need to establish a clear design language and principles early on to create a cohesive visual identity and ensure a solid foundation for scalability and growth.
The product and company website lacked clear definitions for responsive and adaptive behaviors. Ensuring that our product could scale effectively and adapt to various environments was crucial for driving product adoption and improving the overall user experience.
We conducted audits, research, testing, and optimization of design patterns, components, and interactions to ensure that features and components could be implemented smoothly and with confidence.
Through end to end proceses we refined out products based on thorough user testing and analysis. Coupled with the development of a comprehnsieve design system our product couuld effectively provide value to users in the government contracting
